Tim has been a good friend for over ten years.  Tim has a degree in chemical engineering as well as an MBA.  He probably knows me better than anyone.  We have been hiking and backpacking for years.  He has served with me as a volunteer leader in middle school ministry and high school ministry.  All three of his kids (now grown) were at one time involved in our youth ministry.  Tim can speak to my overall ability in ministry from organizational skills to knowing my heart for ministry.

Phillip was at one time a high schooler involved in the youth ministry when I was in North Carolina.  He has since become a husband, father and pastor.  Phillip holds a degree in pastoral ministries.  He was one of those teens I had a connection with and spent a lot of time mentoring.   Phillip can speak of my passion for ministry and the importance of relationships in ministry.

I’ve known Craig for the past 2+ years.  I’ve worked alongside him in middle school and high school ministries.  He is a family man, runner and great handler of “housekeeping items.”  He is a hard-working detail-oriented individual who get things done.  Craig can tell you of my passion for ministry and my willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done, as well as my teaching and preaching capabilities.

Shaina is another one of those past teens from my youth group who would bring her friends and camp out in my office over lunch hour at West High School.  She has since obtained a Masters in Education and Technology and is a Phd. candidate in education.  She is the “older sister” to our only child.  (In the picture, Shaina’s on the right.  My daughter’s on the left.)  Shaina can tell you of my standards for living a godly life as well as my openness to give time to people whenever needed.
